Remark’s ‘Double Lakhpati’ Campaign Crowns Sirajganj Retailer as Second Lucky Winner

DHAKA, June 24 — Abdul Hashem, proprietor of Hashem Store in Solonga Bazar of Sirajganj, has emerged as the second “Lakhpati” winner under Remark’s retailer-focused promotional campaign, ‘Double Lakhpati’. He received a cash prize of Tk 100,000 as part of the campaign organized by Remark, one of Bangladesh’s leading manufacturers of internationally standard skincare, homecare and cosmetics products.

The prize was formally handed over to Abdul Hashem by popular actress and Remark Brand Ambassador Shabnam Faria at a ceremony held recently at the company’s corporate office in Gulshan, Dhaka. Remark’s National Sales Director Kamal Hossain, Regional Sales Director Rafizul Islam, and other senior officials were also present at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Shabnam Faria praised the initiative, saying that the ‘Double Lakhpati’ campaign is a commendable effort to encourage and recognize the contribution of retailers across the country.

“Such initiatives not only reward retailers for their dedication but also create new opportunities for business growth. Abdul Hashem’s achievement will inspire many others to participate with greater enthusiasm,” she said.

Expressing his excitement, Abdul Hashem said winning the prize had given him renewed motivation to expand his business.

“I am extremely happy to receive this award. It will encourage me to work even harder. I thank Remark for introducing such a transparent and attractive campaign,” he added.

Remark’s National Sales Director Kamal Hossain described the campaign as more than just a prize scheme.

“The ‘Double Lakhpati’ campaign is a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening long-term trust, cooperation and mutual growth between Remark and its retail partners. Encouraging retailers and creating new momentum in sales activities across the country remain the key objectives of this programme,” he said.

Regional Sales Director Rafizul Islam noted that Abdul Hashem’s success represents not only a personal achievement but also a source of inspiration for retailers throughout the region.

“We believe this success story will further increase participation and interest in the campaign among retailers nationwide,” he said.

According to Remark, registered retailers from different parts of the country can participate in the campaign by purchasing a minimum of Tk 2,000 worth of Remark products. Participants become eligible to win a range of prizes, including the grand cash prize of up to Tk 200,000, instant cashback rewards, refrigerators, televisions and other attractive gifts.

The first phase of the campaign, which began on June 3, will continue until August 31. Retailers meeting the campaign requirements are automatically enrolled.

Company officials said the campaign has already generated significant interest and positive response among retailers across Bangladesh.
