The first discussion meeting was held at a restaurant in Uttara on 7 November 2025, at 4:30 PM, at the initiative of Uttara Private Hospital Owners Association. The meeting was presided over by Professor Dr. Salauddin Shah, Chairman and Managing Director of Lab One Hospital.

The meeting was attended by the Managing Directors of most of the private hospitals in Uttara and discussed in detail the current problems, challenges and things to be done in hospital services. It was unanimously decided in the discussion that a full-fledged committee will be formed later comprising all the hospital owners.
