Due to security threats, the US State Department has ordered the evacuation of non-essential government employees and their families.

It has been reported that the US Embassy may impose additional restrictions without prior notice due to security considerations. It may also prohibit embassy staff and their families from traveling to certain areas of Israel, the Old City of Jerusalem, and the West Bank.

The country’s citizens have also been advised to consider leaving Israel while commercial flights remain operational.

Following the United States, China has also advised its citizens not to travel to Iran and ordered those staying there to leave the country as soon as possible.

According to a report by China’s state-run Xinhua News Agency, the government has taken this step considering the security situation.
