The new price of LP gas has been fixed at the consumer level. The price of a 12-kg cylinder for the month of November has been reduced by 26 taka from 1,241 taka to 1,215 taka.

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission announced the new price on Sunday, which will be effective from this evening.

In addition, the price of autogas has been reduced from 56 taka 77 paisa to 55 taka 58 paisa.

Earlier in October, the price of a 12-kg cylinder was reduced by Tk 29 to Tk 1,241. In addition, the price of autogas was reduced by Tk 1.38 to Tk 56.77.

It is worth noting that in 2024, the prices of LPG and autogas were reduced by 4 points and increased by 7 points. One point remained unchanged. Last year, the prices of LPG and autogas were increased in January, February, March, July, August, September and October. And the prices decreased in April, May, June and November. However, the prices remained unchanged in December.
