A clash broke out between students of Daffodil International University and City University in Savar over a trivial incident. One student was reportedly injured in the incident.

The clash took place in the Khagan area of ​​Birulia Union in Savar on Sunday (October 26) night. However, the police could not immediately confirm the identity of the injured.

Abdul Wahab, in-charge of Birulia outpost of Savar Model Police Station, told the media, “Daffodil and City University students clashed at night in Khagan area over a trivial incident. Later, we received information and reached the spot and tried to keep the situation normal. However, the incident was on the verge of resolution. However, the clash broke out when City University students beat up a Daffodil University student. However, it is not yet known whether there were any more injuries in the clash.”
