Deputy Press Secretary to the Chief Advisor, Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, confirmed this information on Wednesday (November 12) night.

It is believed that the chief advisor may announce a decision on the implementation of the July National Charter or reform proposals in his speech. In addition, guidelines may also be given regarding the referendum.

Earlier, on the occasion of the July Uprising Day, Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus addressed the nation on the night of August 5 this year.
