
Claiming that the election campaign was well-conducted, Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus said, ‘The next one week is very crucial. The voting will be festive. Women will vote happily. People will join the voting festival together with the whole family. I hope this vote will be memorable in history.’
Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam made these remarks, quoting the chief advisor, after a high-level meeting on election preparations at the State Guest House Jamuna on Saturday (February 7) night.
He said, the chief advisor said that the election campaign is going on in an enthusiastic and cordial atmosphere across the country. No one is saying harsh words against anyone. There is no rude behavior. We are not being spoken rudely either. This is a very positive change for our political history and culture.
Shafiqul Alam also said, “So far, the preparation phase has been completed very well. We are satisfied, we are very happy. The challenge for us now is to make it perfect. Making the vote perfect is the main challenge for us now.”
