On Thursday (October 16) at 10 am, the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Comilla, Jessore, Chittagong, Barisal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board and Bangladesh Technical Education Board simultaneously published their results.

According to the Ministry of Education, this year, a total of 12,51,111 students under the country’s 11 education boards filled out forms for the HSC and equivalent examinations. Of them, 6,18,150 were male students and 6,33,096 were female students. The examinations were held in a total of 2,797 centers across the country. However, about 27,000 students did not participate in the examinations. And this time the results have been prepared on the ‘real evaluation’ principle.

Unlike the SSC exam results published last July, there was no formality surrounding the publication of the HSC results this time.
