Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said, "Our patrolling has been increased to maintain a strong position around November 13. Security has been increased at KPIs. In addition, various measures have been taken, including stopping the sale of open oil in various places."
He made these remarks after a meeting of the Law and Order Advisory Council at the Ministry of Home Affairs meeting room at the Secretariat on Tuesday (November 11).
The advisor said, "There will be no concessions to terrorists. Our activities are ongoing around the 13th. If anyone sees a suspicious person, everyone should report it to our police."
Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said, "Our preparations for the election are fairly satisfactory. We will also hold a rehearsal once the preparations are complete."
