A new global advocate for environmental sustainability has emerged as Natalie Puskinova of the Czech Republic was crowned Miss Earth 2025 at a dazzling coronation night held Wednesday at Cove Manila, Okada Manila, in Parañaque City.
Puskinova succeeded Jessica Lane of Australia, earning the prestigious title after outshining 81 contestants from around the world. She now takes on the mission of promoting environmental protection and climate action under the Miss Earth movement’s advocacy banner, “Beauties for a Cause.”
The 25th edition of the Miss Earth pageant also saw the crowning of three elemental queens:
The Philippines’ Joy Barcoma reached the Top 8 but narrowly missed the final round despite an impressive performance in the Q&A segment. Rounding out the Top 8 were Nathalie Briones (Chile), Laila Frizon (Brazil), and Mariia Zheliaskova (Ukraine), who were named runners-up.
Established in 2001 by Carousel Productions, the Miss Earth pageant is recognized as one of the Big Four international beauty competitions. It aims to combine glamour with purpose—highlighting environmental awareness, climate advocacy, and sustainable living through the influence of beauty and culture.
As Miss Earth 2025, Puskinova is expected to lead various international initiatives focused on climate action, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development, reinforcing the pageant’s legacy as the world’s premier platform for environmental advocacy.
